Franklin Renovations is a family business specializing in Residential Renovations, Additions, Remodeling and Custom Homes. We strive to provide our customers with the highest level of quality, satisfaction and value possible using a hands-on management approach with our team of highly skilled and experienced Craftsmen and Subcontractors.

Our company was born out of three simple principles- Value, Customer Satisfaction, and Integrity.  These principles sound simple and cliche, but the lack of these principles are also three of the main reasons that there has been so much negative press about the remodeling industry over the years.  Here at Franklin Renovations, our goal is to offer quality workmanship at a reasonable price and to provide customers with something they often don't feel during a remodeling project - comfort.  Your contractor will be working in your home closely to you and your family throughout the duration of your project. So, it only makes sense that you should feel a level of trust and comfort with the contractor you choose to work with.

Jason Franklin, CAPS, CGR Founded by Jason Franklin, Franklin Renovations has years of residential remodeling and construction experience. Throughout his youth, Jason worked summers helping his father on side jobs remodeling and building homes.  Throughout his college years, he worked as a laborer and carpenter on residential and commercial fire restoration projects on summer and winter breaks.  After receiving his Bachelors degree from Frostburg State University in 1999, Jason went to work in the construction industry for several more years in fire restoration-First, in accounting and later in estimating and project management.  In 2005 Jason went to back to his roots of residential remodeling, working in estimating and marketing for a large award-winning local design-build remodeling firm.  In 2008, he earned the Certified Graduate Remodeler (CGR) from the National Association of Homebuilders (NAHB).
