Franklin Renovations Included in Qualified Remodeler's 2016 "Top 500" List

Franklin Renovations has been included in Qualified Remodeler Magazine's 2016 "Top 500" Remodelers. Franklin Renovations ranked 495th Nationally. The "Top 500" List will be the cover feature of the September 2016 issue of Qualified Remodeler.

The Qualified Remodeler Top 500 program is a CPA-audited analysis of the financial performance of remodeling firms throughout the country. More than 50,000 invitations to apply are sent annually to subscribers of Qualified Remodeler Magazine. Jason Franklin earns Certified Aging-In-Place Specialist Designation (CAPS) from National Association of Homebuilders (NAHB). 

The CAPS program trains Remodelers, Builders, Architects, Interior Designers, and Health Care Consultants how to design, build, and modify homes for those desiring to remain in their homes safely, independently, and comfortably regardless of age, income or ability level. Not only does CAPS address the needs of the aging community, but those with physical challenges or accessibility limitations as well. Franklin Renovations Wins 2011 MNCBIA Custom Builder Award

Bethesda, MD - Franklin Renovations has been awarded the 2011 Bronze Award for Custom Addition Under 2,000sf from the Maryland National-Capital Building Industry Association (MNCBIA). The winning project was designed by Robert Nehrebecky, AIA and included the addition of a master suite w/luxury bath, family room, screened porch and front portico. New Project Starting Soon in Chevy Chase

Franklin Renovations is slated to start an exciting whole-house renovation project in Chevy Chase, MD shortly after the new year.  The project includes a new entry portico, two story rear addition, interior floor plan modifications, and a complete exterior overhaul. Along with Franklin Renovations, the project team will include Rob Nehrebecky, AIA of Re:New Architecture and Lorna Gross, ASID of Savant Interior Design.

Rockville Addition & Renovation in Progress!

Things are moving along nicely on this job (yes, even in these frigid temps)! The foundation was excavated, foundation walls poured, basement slab poured and the interior and exterior framing complete. We started exterior trim work and HVAC rough-in thi s week and it's looking like we'll be hanging drywall shortly after the first of the new year. Stay tuned for more!
