Jason Franklin earns Certified Aging-In-Place Specialist Designation (CAPS) from National Association of Homebuilders (NAHB).

The CAPS program trains Remodelers, Builders, Architects, Interior Designers, and Health Care Consultants how to design, build, and modify homes for those desiring to remain in their homes safely, independently, and comfortably regardless of age, income or ability level. Not only does CAPS address the needs of the aging community, but those with physical challenges or accessibility limitations as well. These home modifications range from the installation of bath and shower grab bars and adjustment of countertop heights to the creation of multifunctional first floor master suites and the installation of private elevators.  For more information of Aging-In-Place or the CAPS program visit www.nahb.org/CAPS
